Tips for managing LPR printers

Find a single LPR printer by name or alias Standard print queue names consist of building abbreviation, room number or location, and printer model all separated with hyphens (i.e. smc-18-hp4050n is an HP 4050n model printer located at the helpdesk). Aliases can be anything, though typically an alias is automatically created that is just the building and room (i.e. smc-18). Printer Name/Alias:
